Project Overview
I helped manage the TikTok Shop, starting from campaign registration all the way to comprehensive TikTok Ads management. As a result, after careful optimization, both the GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) that I achieved increased significantly, as seen in the dashboard below. Innovation: Rituals AI App
To further optimize the marketing budget, I developed a custom Generative AI application (Rituals AI) using Gemini Canvas to automatically generate high-quality product photos based on simple briefs.
This innovation successfully saved the company 10 - 15 Million IDR per month in photo studio rentals, talents, and professional photography costs.
